“Where are the cows?” was my question when I first saw photos of the land I bought from William. It was miles of nothing but farmland.
Back of my mind I was thinking, “Have I been conned?” I know there is always a risk in buying interstate. I have heard so many horror stories; I didn’t want to be another one of them.
But, there is something about William I trusted. He said all the right things. Also, he came with highest recommendations. So, I ended up buying a house and land package.
That was 18 months ago. Well, last week I flew down to Melbourne to see for the very time my investment property. Surprise, surprise there were no cows. The farmland is becoming transformed into a great big city for ordinary families with kids.
Our developer is building schools, parks, playgrounds, shops and bicycle tracks. Sports grounds dotted throughout the estate. Close to buses and two trains stations. We saw wide tree line streets.
Planed future shopping centres and industrial complexes with a massive lake at the heart of the estate.
William and Louise (his beautiful wife) coordinated the construction. They kept me informed every step of the way. They also introduced me to a property manager to look after the property.
From the very start William and Louise made the whole process simple. So, there was no stress or worry for me. The best part is, the value of my investment property went up in even before it was completed.
That was a pleasant surprise. And, all the indications are the value will continue to go up. So, as you see, I am a very happy, happy client.
Looking back, if I knew what I know today, I would have bought two or three more properties. Even if real cows were gracing the land.
William de Ora you have delivered everything you promised and more. I am glad I trusted my instincts.
