What we most admire about William de Ora is that he is patient, never rushed us into making any decisions in purchasing an investment property, and was always available when I (Ajith) sent through an endless amount of questions. Even when I asked the most difficult questions, he patiently directed me to find the answers that would give me peace of mind.

Some of the other things that made a difference for us throughout this experience are:

Confidence. From choosing the location, to assisting with construction from beginning to end, and then assisting with the introduction of a property manager – William has given my wife and I the confidence to invest interstate.

Knowledge. Although we have an investment property in Sydney, purchasing our second property interstate was not a consideration. However, given the property prices in Sydney, and having access to William’s knowledge and contacts in SE Queensland it has become a very good proposition.

Commitment. As I was unfamiliar with the location William encouraged me to do my own due diligence including the recommendation to visit Queensland to get a first hand impression of the land and the environment. William and I travelled together, spent an entire day looking around SE Queensland, and even then at no point did I feel I was being pushed to make a decision.

Communication. During the construction process William acted as the go between the builder and us. We were provided with weekly updates, including a lot of photographic evidence of the progress to keep me involved in the project. He was diligent in keeping us informed every step of the way.

William is honest, caring, and will always find a solution no matter what you might throw at him.
