Gurnam Kaur & Narian Singh
I want to thank William de Ora for convincing my husband Narian Singh to buy an investment property. I have been trying to do so for years and years without much success.
I have known that having an investment property portfolio will give us a better life in the future. So after our meeting with William, I asked Narian why he agreed to purchase the investment property, given I have never seen him do that before.
He said it was because William explained things in a manner that was logically and emotionally the right thing to do for our future, and at no time did he pressure us. Narian stated that - In fact William’s candidness in asking and getting to know us and allaying his long rooted concerns was most impressive. Narian stated that it was his candid caring approach that earned him his trust.
Coming from the Indian subcontinent there are a lot of factors at play. Our upbringing is about not risking what we have earned and saved. We are conservative in the way we go about our life. When you arrive in a new country you don’t have a mindset, or the support system to look at owning two, three, or four properties.
How I summarise William is this, he is not a salesperson who comes in to your house and pressures you to buy from him. William believes that ‘good karma will bring good karma’. His heart is in the right place from both a business, and a personal point of view. His actual interest is to ensure that you prosper and are happy – as this action also enables William to be contented knowing that he has spread good karma!
He will help you way beyond and above any salesperson will ever do. He never pushed us at any point, as that is not in his nature. He was very willing to share his knowledge openly and honestly.
We don’t recommend anyone lightly. In the case of William de Ora, we would recommend him any time.
